Define:  We strive to understand the culture, strategic tactics and the dynamics of your organization.  We partner with you through an organizational assessment to define key organizational initiatives which will help shape the opportunity profile.  We learn about management styles, the incumbent, what type of candidate will excel in your culture and key attributes that the successful candidate must possess.

Search: Based off of what we learn about your Credit Union we will start our search by developing a targeted sourcing strategy to identify industry leaders through our professional network and affiliations which enables us to target and deliver exceptional candidates.

Measure: Through our comprehensive interview process we use customized metrics based upon the ideal profile to comprise information on our top candidates.  Our 360 degree evaluation ensures the technical competencies, leadership capabilities and cultural fit with your organization.

Interview: Once our “short list” candidates are identified and meet your credit union’s metrics we present their profile, resume and written assessment to you prior to your interview process.  To help prepare you and your team for the interviews we customize interview questions to assist with a more comprehensive interview process. 

Select:  After you have made the important decision of deciding which candidate/candidates to move forward with; we provide at least three in depth references on each candidate at your request and a thorough background investigation on the possible candidate/candidates to help you make the final decision. In support of any internal process, we will facilitate the negotiation and prepare the offer letter of employment.

Ensuring Success:  We maintain close contact through the transition process to ensure a successful integration of your new team member.  We offer a formal on-boarding process as an additional means of facilitating a successful transition.
